If you follow Google’s guidelines you can also ask your customers for reviews, good or bad you should always respond to them, it shows that you appreciate their feedback and that you care.
Google Posts is basically a microblogging feature that lets you post content, including images, videos and links directly onto Google. The posts can be given an expiry date or alternatively, they will automatically expire after seven days. This is especially handy if you are running a promotion.
